Had a flat tire got in as quick as they could get me in got out as quick as they could get me out, always treated very well at the Winston store.

ONE HUNDRED AND SEVEN DOLLARS!! To change a valve stem in a regular size tire !? NOT a semi tire. I thought a car dealership was the most expensive place you could go but yall have got them beat. I've had a valve stem replaced many times over the years and have never paid anything close to 107.00 DOLLARS!! For just a little more money I COULD'VE BOUGHT A WHOLE NEW TIRE, probably not at your place but most other places. That's ridiculous 😒 🙄

Took my truck here for an alignment. Sat in the lobby for an hour after my appointment time, which was when they opened so they weren’t busy. The guy doing the alignment was just late to work. They pulled my truck in, looked at it for 5 mins, said they can’t align it because it needs kingpins. I knew this wasn’t true because I just inspected the kingpins the previous day. Instead of a couple hundred dollars for an alignment they handed me a bill for $4700. Obviously I wasn’t paying that. So they charged me $90 for “looking” over my truck for 5 mins. I never once asked for a diagnosis, I just needed an alignment to support the new tires I just put on. I left there, went to Goodyear and told them what happened. They checked the kingpins, said they were perfectly fine, then aligned the truck. Snider needs to stick to tire work and tire work only. They don’t know what they’re doing outside of that scope. And charging that much money for an unrequested/unwanted diagnosis is ridiculous.

Thoroughly impressed with this excellent tire and trailer service!! I was asked by my Fleet Manager, Reggie Roberts, to bring my truck to initially have a couple drive tires replaced, but due to their professional expertise and advise, they suggested all the drive tires be replaced. They explained why this needed to be accomplished, especially Kenneth, who I was initially impressed with because of his obvious intelligence and friendliness!! I also had informed them that the trailer brakes may need to be adjusted due to issues with moving the tandems on my last load run. They were able to quickly and efficiently find that there was a definite issue with the trailer brakes and that they would need to be replaced. What really impressed me was their attention to detail, obvious competence and the quickness of their work. They also had a very nice and comfortable waiting area that definitely was needed at the time. I hadn’t had much sleep due to my last run, but the environment was warm and inviting and allowed for me to have a chance to take a breather and relax for a few moments! Much appreciation and kudos to the entire staff that made my brief stay there an enjoyable and excellent
